7T Magnet System Cryogen-FREE VRTB
7T Magnet System, 3.00" Vertical Room Temperature Bore with Customer Defined Field Profile cooled using single 1 Watt Cryomech Pulse Tube cryocooler
7T Magnet System, 3.00" Vertical Room Temperature Bore with Customer Defined Field Profile cooled using single 1 Watt Cryomech Pulse Tube cryocooler
Custom Designed 5T Magnet System Cryogen-FREE with 110mm Horizontal Room Temperature Bore and Asymmetric Field Center
Custom designed 9 Tesla superconducting magnet pair. Quick cooldown, relative to magnet mass and bore size, at ~48 hours.
Cryogen-FREE magnet system to be used in a gyrotron application. 4.5T main coil with a gun coil. Large 152mm vertical room temperature bore. Precise magnetic field shape with less than 0.5mm bore axis offset with respect to magnetic field axis.
Designed to operate with another 6T, large bore superconducting magnet system delivered by Cryomagnetics in close proximity. When both systems are operating, there will be approximately 7,500 pounds of attractive force on each coil. Careful design of each cryostat’s support structure insures this force can be handled, while at the same time give low enough heat leak so the recondensing circuits are not overwhelmed by evaporating liquid helium.
Custom designed as a Quality Assurance tool for an industrial client. The magnet system allows for the application of precisely varied high magnetic fields to test hardiness and survivability of electronic devices. The large homogenous bore allows for the introduction of devices of varied sizes while assuring consistent exposure.
At 8.5T and featuring a large 200mm Vertical Room Temperature Bore, This Superconducting Magnet system allows for a wide spectrum of materials research. The addition of active shielding and a mobile cart allows for the system to be moved to various locations within the customers laboratory.
